My yorkie first hair cut was a disaster, I think my 3 year old would’ve done a better job. I was charges $69 for my 4 month old yorkie!! He looks like a chihuahua now. Uneven cuts all over. I guess I should’ve listen to all the bad reviews before going. Definitely wont return.

My poor baby has knicks all over. She is cut uneven. She did not appear to have been bathed, her nails were not cut. I asked for a puppy cut and my poor puppy got skinned.... When I called to express my concerna, I was yelled at. The person on the phone asked me "Are you crazy?"

I’ve have been going to this groomer duo for the past 5 years off an on more on them off.. even though I live far away you know the groomers that really care about your pet!! An this pet groomer really does she is fantastic my dogs love her an I can tell they enjoy going to her she’s a good groomer an believe me they hard to find 😊😌thanks again for spreading the dog love one shampoo at a time

This place did the complete opposite of what I asked for the cut was horrible I will never go again I could had did this on my own

Overall job was satisfactory, staff friendly and welcoming. 3 miniature schnauzers can be a hand full one having first cut. All three were in good spirits when picked up

Do not take your dog here. They mistakenly sliced my dogs tongue. They still charged me. Very traumatic! They took a big chunk out of his tongue. I understand mistakes, but how they handled it. They had to operate on Buster to stitch his tongue. It cost me over $750. I sent them the bill and they never paid back.

My first visit here with my little one, I loved the service, very professional and my boy is so pretty. He's resting so good. Good people to work with.
