PetSmart Grooming

Took my American bully there for grooming (deluxe) when we picked her up. It did not look like her nails have been clipped or grinding for that matter, which was a little disappointing because when we picked her up, no one said that they were any issues throughout the process so I feel like I wasted my money paying additional for the deluxe service I wanted wasn’t provided or at least it didn’t appear to have been provided. I did book my dog another grooming and I left a note about the nails so I’m hoping for a better outcome as far as that goes but other than that, everything else was fine.

Tried scheduling a nail trim/ grind app for my fur baby but was on hold for over 15 min. Called the main store line to be transferred to the grooming department and was told I wouldn't be able to get in for darn near a month. Please explain to me then how come I saw two people just this morning walk in without app and be seen?! This store has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY in the past 2.5 years. Needs better management and associates that actually work.

Terrible grooming for our two dogs. We have a Labradoodle and a Goldendoodle. They look absolutely horrible. Our Labradoodle’s ear was apparently nicked and he developed an ear infection. Would never recommend they be groomed here !

We got our baby leopard gecko here and the staff was so helpful answering all of my questions and helping me determine what we needed to properly care for him. The store was also very clean and organized.

Do not go here for grooming. Veronica Y was so rude and talking to and about my dog like a toy. So disgusted, all employees seemed mad.

If you care about your pet i do not recommend taking them here. They are not trained to handle dogs and do not do their jobs correctly.

They did a wonderful job cutting my dogs 'hair!
