I can’t say enough good things! My dog is full of energy and can be a handful, but she handled him so calmly and professionally. She was patient, kind, and really took her time to make sure he looked perfect. He came out looking so clean, fresh, and adorable. I’m so grateful I found them! Highly recommend to anyone!

Took our baby girl Amaya for a full service. She definitely needed a nail trimming of the dewclaw.. something I don’t feel comfortable doing myself. Dropped her off and picked her up within 45mins or so. She was her happy self. I was a bit concerned she would be nervous but she wasn’t. Amaya did very well during her service & I could see she wasn’t bothered at all by the experience. She smelled amazing AND she got a free bandana. 10/10 . Definitely recommend and looking forward to bringing her back soon. Included: bath, deshedding, shampoo, conditioning, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nail trimming, and anal gland expression

I took my dog in for grooming on March 21th and unfortunately he came back with a clipper burn in his genital area. The skin was very red, irritated, and clearly uncomfortable for him. Also I specifically told her NOT to shave him down. She asked me what kind of haircut style I wanted , and I told her a teddy bear look , she did not follow my instructions for the haircut , My appointment was at 9 PM. She arrived till 9:15 am I had to monitor him closely and consider a vet visit due to the irritation. The vet prescribed, prednisone and gabapentin for pain and an anointment for the affected area. I had to miss work two days in a row. Because he couldn’t walk. This was very concerning, as I trusted that he would be handled with care. I did inform the groomer about the issue, but no response / denied responsibility / or didn’t offered to help. I understand accidents can happen, but this situation caused my dog pain and additional stress. I would recommend that others ask about safety precautions and handling, especially for sensitive areas. I do not recommend anybody to take their pet with her, and I would never take him back to her. If I could give her a zero star, I would.

This place was really good. They picked up my dog Gorda, cut her nails, shampoo bath, deshedded her, and brushed her teeth. She looks and smells great. 100% recommend. They were quick and very nice. Will definitely take her back again

I highly recommend Backyard_Paw_Spa to any dog owner. When I picked Milo up, I was absolutely thrilled with the results. Milo looked like a brand new dog; his coat was beautifully trimmed and fluffy, and he even had a cute little bandana to top it off. Thank you for making Milo feel and look fantastic. 100% recommend
