PetSmart Grooming

We recently moved and this was the first time going to this PetSmart. I was very impressed by the associates from greeting to good bye. Kai and Ren were very happy coming out and they looked and smelled like clean dogs. Thank you Aury and team! 😁🐶🐶

I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone. They treated my dog with such great care. She loved it and had so much fun.

We take our two pups here and they’re always very happy when they come back. They’re clean, smell great, their nails are done, teeth are brushed, faces washed, and pampered 😎 it takes about 3 hours so we drop them off and then go back to pick them up when they’re ready. They love it and we love it so it’s all good!

Overpriced and poor quality. I brought my 3lb Yorkie–Poodle mix in with a photo of the teddy bear cut I wanted, and she came out choppy and nothing like the picture. $72 for just a haircut and teeth brushing is not worth it—especially when a private groomer charges $75 for a perfect cut plus extras. Won’t be returning.

Horrible service, left our dog with a bleeding nail customer service bad an employee had given us a weird and judgmental comment/stare when trying to communicate the issue with them.

Took her In for just a wash + deshed and she came home like this. Honestly speechless. I think the after and before speaks for itself.

Terrible. I just relocated to the woodlands from Conroe and I brought my yorkie to be groomed at this location… I’m pretty speechless. My yorkie looks like a chihuahua or Pomeranian around her mouth now…the groomer cut all of her hair off. I ask for a teddy bear face and I even showed a picture of how she gets her hair cut. Next time I will just drive to the Conroe location where she’s normally groomed. This was a terrible mistake.
