The picture on the left is my Aussiedoodle before his appointment, the picture on the right is after. I’ve given this place many chances and they have messed up his cut for the last time. It’s choppy, it’s too short, this groomer is just there for the money and doesn’t care to respect what you want YOUR dog to look like. I have showed him pictures of my dog several times looking the way I like. I’ve told him many times I DONT LIKE his fur buzzed off. He was not matted!!! I put effort and time into brushing him EVERY DAY so that he had the type of length WE LOVE. I told him take no more than an inch off. He BUZZED all his fur off!!! He had about THREE INCHES OF FUR. It took TWO MONTHS to get his length back the last time he did this to us!! I am done with this place!!

We hesitantly took our little pup here for the first time, today. She is three years old and has been groomed many times but, honestly this was the best job we have ever seen. It was such a pleasant surprise, and reasonably priced.

Bath, brush and trim. Groom Masters has been our go to for our long haired shedding machine. Always happy with their work & fair prices.

Walked in with papers to become new client.and I was embarrassed to know that they would not except my Dog. Great Pyrenees only 65lb dog and great bread and Dog. Wasn't what I expected. She really needed a grooming.guess will back up to Iowa were all Dogs are excepted.

Took my Golden doodle and my Standard Poodle here and they did an amazing job! Both were matted and they made them look so good without shaving them bald! Highly recommend this place and he has reasonable prices!

Took my poodle in to have a trim and styled. First off the lobby was a wreck at 8 in the morning. Hair and leaves everywhere and you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned in no telling how long. Second the guy decided to tell me the style I wanted would not work because my dog had mattes everywhere. I know what a matted dog feels like. My older poodle gets them all the time because he has course hair. My younger one that I took in has soft baby hair all over because we have never had him fully buzzed. So I left and went home. I put him in the bath and gave him a nice rinse and took my own hair dryer and brush and in 1 hour I had my boy fully blown out and not a single matte anywhere. The man is rude and disrespectful and needs a new position if he can’t do a simple job that every other groomer I have went to has been able to accomplish without any complaints of matted hair. Waste of my time and gas to be told something that’s not even true. He just wants to be lazy and buzz the dogs down to nothing. That’s not what a master groomer does.

Just got my dog from there. One of his nails was cut through the quick. Wouldn’t expect that from a professional. And he didn’t tell me about it either, only way I knew was finding blood on my couch.
