Hair of the Dog Grooming Salon

My dog has been going here for a year and we have never had any issues. She loves getting to play with the other dogs. Great grooming and bathing. Kali always smells so good when she comes home. We love Hair of the Dog! Claudine and the girls are great with my little girl! Won't go anywhere else!!

I took my fur baby to Hair of the Dog for the first time today. The ladies were so kind & even sent text messages out during the day to keep me up to date on the appointment progress. At pick up time, my tiny little dog was having the time of her life playing with her new friends & she looks amazing. We will definitely be back for future appointments!

I had never used a dog grooming service before but trust me when I say we chose the right one. We reached out over Facebook to make an appointment and they were quick to respond. I was nervous because my dog has separation anxiety and gets scared of other dogs, but they were so patient and sweet about that. When we dropped him off he was upset, but when we arrived to pick him up he had the biggest smile on his face and was so happy, getting along just fine with the others and they said he did well. He was so soft after the medicated bath, and he’s not itching like he was. The way he was smiling, I know they were kind to him. This was the best service we have gotten from any business across the board, in a very long time. We will definitely be life long customers. Thank you

LOVE Hair on the Dog! These ladies go up and beyond for my sweet fur babies! Claudine & Amanda go up and beyond in their services! My dogs love coming to get clean and play the whole day. I can tell my babies get lots of love and look amazing!

Had an appointment for Tuesday, March 18 at 9:30 am, and arrived to find the business closed. While waiting I called and left a message on their voicemail. I called again later during the day and the following day, leaving another message. I never received a return call and made an appointment at another groomer, for Thursday the following day. After dropping my pup off at the new groomer, I drove by and noticed they were open. I went in and asked what had happened with my appointment two days ago. I was told that "everyone " had the flu. Really, everyone had the flu and no one called to cancel my appointment that was made weeks prior, or show the common courtesy to even return my phone calls made over a two day period. I just wonder how many others drove across town to keep their appointments?

My best friend recommended me here. I have left 4 voice-mails during business hours. No call back yet. If you are very busy at least return a phone call and schedule me 2 months from now

I really enjoy coming to this business each and every time. The dogs are happy and when your favorite furry family member gets finished with their spa day, they will smell great and they are always energetic and happy with their treatment and show off once they get home. We find the spray to be a pleasant and non-demanding smell, in regards to one of the previous reviews but to each their own I suppose. Fair priced and courteous! They are very busy so you should plan ahead just as a FYI! Usually when you do a good job, that high demand is to be expected. Also if your dog has some bad breath like ours, they can help with that too, and thank goodness....
