I'm sure they will be happy but I am no longer bringing my dog to these groomers. My dogs original groomer is no longer there and apparently my dog is too much for that person's replacement. For the first time I was charged extra for "the difficulty" and the groomer still left knots behind one of her ears, after having had her for five hours. Also, as I was speaking with my dogs groomer some other groomer chimed in on our conversation which had nothing to do with her. I was just confused as to why this session took so long and according to that other groomer some dogs are undisciplined and my dogs previous groomer was just too nice to say anything to me, even after two years caring for my dog. Regardless, I felt like that lady didn't like my dog and I don't need my fur baby around that negative energy.
They do a great job for Mr. Coleman and Ms. Zoey.
Laekyn in the grooming dept is a true gem! She always takes care of my girl Daisy!
My dog has been very skittish since her last grooming on 6/10. She trembles all the time and wants to be held close or wrapped in a blanket. This is not her usual behavior at all. I’m not sure what happened at the groomer’s but she won’t be going back here again.
