Amazing place for bathing and grooming your 🐕 dogs 🐕. Very professional and attentive. They took great care of my Rex and Charlie. Great job and can't wait for the next appointment. Recommend them to everyone. Don't wait and make your appointment quickly.
While the grooming for my teacup yorkie was excellent, the attitude of the front desk was far less. I received a call to pickup and I asked for 45 minutes to and hour because originally was to grooming would take up to 4 hours and I was in the middle of lunch with my elderly grandmother. The employee was very rude and said I needed to pick up now!!! Per the agreement. I was there within the 30 mins allowed but instead of the owner apologizing for the rude employee, she also became rude. Refused to give me a receipt or allow me to see the agreement in which she said I did not break. I said I should call the police, then my 72 yr old grandmother said let’s just leave and the owner followed us out yelling at her. Our uber driver witnessed. Who does that? Service other than the rudeness was excellent
Great experience! Staff was so kind and caring with our gentle giant. We went right before 4th of July and they sent us a perfect picture of our fur baby with a patriotic background. Very considerate of our requests and our Annie loved the attention. Thanks for a 5 star experience!
They do a good job with my dog. They always try to please if I want something done differently they work well with my handicapped husband when he hast to bring the dog they bring the dog out and come out and get the dog. They are small business who needs all our support. My dog always comes home with little bows or a little scarf or something on her when she is groomed.
The groomers here do great with our girls and they come out looking great each time. Started coming here in june or july, frequently every 6 weeks. Happy with the service here and price
