The new owner, Michelle, is wonderful. She was recommended by a very discriminating friend whose dog always looks fantastic. She did a great job on my terrier mix, Honey. Most importantly, Honey loves her. She does zoomies when she gets to see Michelle. She always gets treats - Michelle asks first - and she finds a toy to play with while Michelle and I have a coiffure conversation. I like Honey to be a bit "ruff", though Michelle prefers the term "shabby chic". LOL. She looks adorable, and she smells great.
Michelle was referred to us by our neighbor and thought we give her a try to groom our puppy. She did an amazing job and our dog didn’t even want to leave. She is so nice and caring and we are so glad we got introduced to her. Thank you Michelle.
Michelle, the owner, is absolutely gracious and lovely to work with. She clearly takes pride in her work, was so sweet and gentle with my one year old mini Golden Doodle. She was able to work us in very last minute, and was so nice when I was having a really hard day. Thank you, Michelle, for going so completely "above and beyond" when I really needed it.
Michelle and her team always exceed expectations when they groom my 65lbs gentle giant. The level of care they provide can be easily measured by how good the dogs look after getting groomed. There are other places closer to me but I choose French Connection because of the service. I am very prudent when researching pet groomers and am happy I know of French Connection.
I absolutely love and trust Michelle at the French Connection! She is very gentle and styles my dogs hair just perfect. After trying a few local groomers around Newport Beach my dogs and I have decided that Michelle is the best!
