I’ve been bringing my Ragdoll to this grooming salon ever since I got him, and I couldn’t be happier! The place is always clean, and they’re very thorough about checking vaccines, which gives me peace of mind. Sarah does an amazing job with his deshedding, making sure his coat stays soft and tangle-free. Even though my kitty is pretty laid-back, I can tell she handles him with so much love and care. The before-and-after pictures speak for themselves—he always comes back looking so well-groomed! It’s comforting to know he’s in such good hands. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

This was my first experience with this Pet hotel and I'm really disappointed that my experience was like this because it's so close to my house and would have been a perfect place for me to place my dogs when I travel. I own a 4 year old white Maltese and I recently was caring for two 10 week old Yorkie's. I had to go out of town and dropped off the dogs here. I was asked if they needed to be in seperate areas in which I didn't think it would be a issue. I provided their food which are different because the pups and the Maltese is an adult. Later I found that they were all eating the puppy food for 5 days. The receptionist was very dry and not welcoming at all I felt she really didn't enjoy her job and just wanted me to pay and get out. I purchased a bath for the Maltese upon pick up. I was called the day before pick up in which the groomer said my potty trained Maltese had lots of accidents in the cage and he may smell like urine when I pick him up. I arrived and his paws and belly coat was bright yellow from him walking in piss for 5 days. And the pups were soiled as well. I had to ask them to clean him again in which they did. The groomers were very nice and polite but the receptionist were not. This was unacceptable on top of my visit cost 800 bucks for 5 days. I had to get my dogs groomed again and the Maltese wouldn't eat because he now wanted puppy food.

Amber’s is by far the top choose in the IE for pet grooming! Our groomer Dakota takes phenomenal care of our little one, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of that. The entire staff at Amber’s is extremely professional, offering simple reminders of upcoming appointments and very accommodating schedules. Kudos to Dakota and Amber’s for taking such great care of our Norty!

I have five of my cats who have been boarding there since October of last year to date due to a house fire. They have been well taken care of so far. A new area was just completed for cats and my five cats are the first to enjoy their new digs!

We love Ambers. The staff are great and always attentive to what you need. Our puppy (Reese) talks and thats what she told us. LOL

I’ve been going to Amber’s for almost a year, and they are fantastic. Dakota is one of the nicest young men I’ve met. He takes such great care of my dog, Bandit, who is quite the hot mess and a total drama queen. Dakota has a special way of calming him down, and now Bandit actually enjoys getting pampered every time he visits. Highly recommend Dakota for anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets!"

I’ve been going to this place every month for about 4 1/2 years bringing my doggie, Bailey, also known as Mr. Boo. After every appointment my dog always looks handsome, dashing, & so stylish with the Bows, Ties, & other things they put on him! It really makes him stand out & with his fresh cut he looks quite neatly dressed. I’ll keep bringing my dog here to keep the amaizng results we get in return!
