PetSmart Grooming

Their customer service is poor to non existent. After 10 ten mintues i asked someone for help. I had to track employees down and flag them down. I needed to decide what I wanted he left. . I decided to wait in thr long line and he would not sell me the animal with holding it. He directed me back to the cage which I waited. I was told they would send someone over. No one ever showed up but what looked like a manager passed me three times. I waited about 20 minutes before I flagged someone down. Without asking if i needed help. It appeared other customers needed help and were passed up. It received two stars because of it cleanness and show the the products.

Very leary of trying the grooming services at Petco & Petsmart. Thus was after hearing or seeing those horrible videos of dogs being hurt, neglected during their grooming session. I loved the services at McKinley. Both groomers I've had were so kind, patient and professional. I now have been taking all 3 of my dogs there for nails and full grooming services. Been able to utilize Yappy Hour 3-7pm and save $4 per dog just on nail trims, grinding. Try them out. You can wait right there in their small wait area or look through the entire glass wall right there also.

I’ve been bringing my pitbull Maya in here and they really do an amazing job grooming her. Special shoutout to Hailey. You can tell she has a lot of love and admiration for the dogs. My dog was scared at first but warmed up to her pretty fast. We’ll definitely be back!

They are so good with the animals and you can keep an eye on your Lil pal if you worry because it's GLASS WALLS so cool. Good price as well, competitive.

No complaints other than the grooming prices are ridiculously high and there are rarely any coupons. I go here for special occasion grooming sessions only because the staff is great.

We have used this location for 4 plus years. I love how they treat our dogs and they take time to greet us also. Good staff.

Got my Cooper groomed. Morgan was helpful answering all of my questions and concerns and very pleasant. Cooper was handsome and happy afterwards.
