Solo Dog Grooming

I had an amazing experience with Thomas! He was so gentle and caring with my dog, making the grooming process stress-free and enjoyable. The haircut was perfect, and my dog looked fantastic afterward. Thomas’s professionalism and love for animals really shine through. Highly recommend his services!

He did an amazing job grooming both of my dogs! I have a long-haired 80lb German Shepherd and a German/Czech Shepherd, and he handled them with such care and professionalism. Their coats came out incredibly soft, shiny, and beautifully brushed. I can’t recommend him enough—we’ll definitely be returning!

Thomas was great with our dog and look forward to using his services again! Convenient, communicated frequently during the appointment and our dog was very chill once he got home. Well taken care of. Thomas please reach out to us for the next appointment time as I haven’t been able to hear back from you thru text when we came for our appointment on Friday and you weren’t there and haven’t responded to our texts.

This was truly one of the strangest experiences I’ve had. Do NOT book an appointment here. I had a 12:00 PM appointment, drove 20 minutes to get there. No one opened the door or answered my calls or texts. While I was standing outside, I received a message saying my appointment had suddenly been changed to 1:30 PM. I drove back home and then another 20 minutes again for 1:30 PM. Same thing — no answer, no response. I’m extremely disappointed and upset. This was a complete waste of my time.

If I could put no stars I would! This groomer was very unprofessional! We arrived early to our appointment and walked to the door around 12:15 appointment was set at 12:30. Groomer then texted my sister to let her know he will be out in a second. We proceeded to sit in our car to wait and went back to the door at 12:30 when the appointment time was set. We then knocked on the door and we seen dogs running around the house and a person walking around the house and still no answer on the door! We then walked back to our cars to wait again and and waited for him to text us to come back to give him our dog. No response from 12:30-12:40. We then texted him letting him know we are still outside and still no response. It’s now currently 1:08 and went back to the door and still no response. Me and my sister feel that since he saw our skin color on his cameras (black African American) that that is the reason why he didn’t answer us and neglected us causing us to waste our time . This was very uncalled for and I do not recommend you getting your services here if u are a different skin color!
