Had a great experience using the self-service dog wash! It was our first time trying something like this, but the staff walked us through every step and were super helpful. Our dog is a giant breed, but she fit comfortably in both the tub and on the drying tables. The setup included everything we needed—shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even ear muffs since our pup isn’t a fan of blow dryers. You can even request help with nail clipping for a small extra charge, which is a great added convenience. Thoughtful touches like that really stood out. We’ll definitely be back!

This Place is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL 💯.. Ask for Donna or Any of their Professional Animal Care Givers... We have a Giant, overweight, 60lbs, Cries/Screams like a baby, Bassett Hound named Bogart.. There are self washing tubs that are completely equipped and large enough for larger dogs.. Clean fresh warm and cold water.., scrub brushes, shampoo, conditioner, stuff for ears.. towels.. industrial blow dryers.... or you can choose the staff to do it for you.. Dogs Big and Small.. also Great nail trimming.. COMPLETELY RECOMMEND... AND ENJOY.. Please make an Appointment ASAP.. You will be so Grateful 🙏🏻 💯🥰

I've I'm taking my dog for years 💯 the experience is great my dog's turn out perfect I love the atmosphere the employees have great customer service and do a great job the groomers are amazing 😍 best experience every time!

Went in about 20 minutes before closing time and asked Jessica if I could get an anal gland expression for my dog Dottie as a walk-in....no problem! Jessica was on it and did an AMAZING job on no notice and so close to closing shop! I LOVE the paw spa! Great prices and great service! Best of all, my baby girl feels AMAZING!

We took our dog in for full grooming unfortunately they didn't follow our instructions an they cut areas they were told not to.

My dogs teeth were kicking with a stench and my husband found The Paw Spa online for non-sedation dental cleanings. I was able to make an appointment for my puggies for the very next week! When we arrived, I was able to hand over my pugs and knew that they were in great hands. The staff are all very sweet and amazing. The hygienist was a sweetheart to both of my fur babies and gave us excellent report cards with feedback of their visit and the hygienist's findings. I can honestly say, I have never experienced them so happy with the best smelling breath ever. I have chased my pups around the house to scale their molars but they just run away! I don't know how the hygienist does it, but I 10/10 recommend the dental cleanings here. We will be back to try more services soon!
