Fancy Paws on the Island

I came here because it had some good reviews. My dog had a simple summer cut that should have been shaved short at the same length. Instead, his entire body looks choppy. I would rather spend a few more dollars for pups n suds to come to my house and do a better job.

I just moved to this area n I have 4 chichuuas, 16, 12, 12, n 7. The 16yyr old is longhaired n needs grooming thru out the hot season. I took them to fancy paws yesterday 3/9/2020. When I got home she had razor burns all over her body. I also noticed that the haircut was not even n the nails on the rest of my babies were not smooth n were not cut short. I brought it to their attention immediately. In 16yrs of going to grooming this has never happened. I am from Bastrop, Tx where the cedar cedar is extremely high, all my dogs r on allergy medications. I demanded a full refund n I sent them pictures. There answer was that they were allergies. I no for a fact that's not true. I am a senior citizen n I feel I was taken advantage. I will take my fur baby to the vet

I just lost my groomer JUSTINE. 😫 lucky for me I found her at Fancy Paws. I have a special needs dog - he’s psycho - and she’s the only one that can groom him without him being totally sedated - like outpatient surgical grooming. Fancy Paws, you made a good decision in hiring her.

Love this place so lucky to have found such a great groomer! My dog loves going and I can tell he is Truly comfortable with me leaving him there! Highly recommend bringing your fur baby's here
