I was told my boy Roscoe had a cut on his eye before coming in but I thought nothing at first because I thought it was something small. When I dropped him off there was no bleeding of his face but when I got him back however I saw the cut and started examining it. It opened up very wide and looked fresh, it also looked like it was from a hard impact otherwise it wouldn’t have opened up like that from just a normal scratch. Now I’m on my way to the vet to get stitches… I know that was not there before I dropped him off. My dog is my whole world and sucks to know he wasn’t being handled with care. I’ve never seen my dog hurt this bad in my 13 years of having him and my heart hurts so much.

Great staff! Reasonable prices. We take our goldendoodle here and are very happy with how she turns out. They are caring and professional.

My dog loves the people here! She’s a very nervous dog too; so it’s hard to find a place to get her groomed. We’ve been taking her here for a while now and we always get excellent service! The prices are great. The people are super friendly here. I trust them with my baby.

I am very disappointed with my dogs haircut. This is the worse hair grooming I’ve experienced. My dogs hair is so uneven. It looks like his hair was just clipped. He didn’t even bother to round off his face. One side is longer than the other. Never going back.

The girl there is very rude. They did a great job on the nail trims on all 5 of my dogs; but with how rude the girl is, we will never go back. Dont expect anyone to be a "ray of sunshine," but this girl is just flat out hateful and extremely rude. Because the nail trim was good, I would normally return in the future regardless of someones attitude... Everyone has a bad day. But this girl takes it to a whole other level, and I can't get past how she treated us. NEVER AGAIN!!

First time I took my big dog Jax's to get bathed since it's been so cold outside. He loved it, they were very good with him. Amd He smelled so good. The 2 Employees were also very friendly.
