CDM Dog Grooming

I've waited a couple of weeks to write this because I don't want to hurt a small business but I don't feel right not sharing. Our dog escaped from this groomer within less than an hour of being there with no collar on. They notified me by texting me, no phone call and then called my husband. Supposedly the owner was looking for him but was in Irvine at the time. I don't know if any of the staff went after him because I didn't see anyone or hear or anyone going after him. They did not call animal control, my husband and the people that found him did. The owner was apologetic but was this is not something that should ever happen when you are trusting someone with your dog. I want to make sure other people are aware because this experience was traumatizing. He made it all the way down the street to the library by the time we found him because good samaritans corralled him into the library. We're grateful he's okay but things could've have been much worse. Bottom line this should've never happened.

10/10 Esther was amazing and had excellent customer service, way nicer than Penny's! Odie doesn't like being in a kennel, so that was a good bonus. She went above and beyond! Thank you!

Esther is amazing,and her husband also🤗 her little 'inside doggie yards' are WONDERFUL!! Spike can be a handful😌but he came home well groomed,and happy. 🎯💯🎯 Sold on this find. .

Esther is absolutely amazing!! She's welcoming, kind, understanding, and very efficient in her work but also time! Whoever that guy is that left the review complaining is nuts!! She's truly amazing! In the past, I've taken my maltipoo to other groomers, and they always want to shave her down, and they always hurt her skin. I believe that is the lazy way out! Esther does not do that!! My baby Canela always looks amazing when I pick her up, and her skin is never irritated. I also love that she doesn't kennel the dogs, and my pup gets to socialize with our cute pups when she's there. If you’re looking for an outstanding groomer. Esther is your gal!!

I have a poodle in continental cut, took her to Esther for a summer cut, she ruined her head and everything else, CHARGED $140, and i made an appointment asap with another groomer to FIX the hair. 0 Star. Be Aware, not everyone with a clipper and scissors is a groomer, FAKE STARS.

Our family dog is very shy and fearful of strangers. We feel very lucky to have found CDM Dog Grooming where they not only give great pet cuts but are very gentle and loving with pooches like ours who need that special touch. None of the dogs are kept in cages so the atmosphere is one of a happy doggie daycare. Works great with dogs who are sometimes tricky to groom. That calm pack mentality does the trick every time. As far as we are concerned, CDM Dog Grooming is by far the best choice for quality, sensitive grooming. Thumbs and paws up from all of us!
