I have been taking my American bully XL here for the last six years and this is my by far my favorite groomer. I drive all the way from New York once a month.

Posh Paws always does a great job with our 100lb Pittie mix, Diamond. Although it’s not easy to get a weekend appointment, I’ll go out if my way to keep coming to Posh Paws. We love the seasonal bandanas! Highly recommended.

I always take my dog Osso here and they always cut his hair well. He looks so cute after his cuts / baths. I’ve been coming here for years now and I highly recommend them . 😊

I’ve been a loyal client for several years and have referred four family members and friends to this grooming business. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to cancel all future appointments due to repeated negative experiences both personally and from those I referred. Two separate dogs from different households were nearly scalped after being told they were "matted"—despite being regularly brushed and groomed. It felt more like an excuse to rush the job rather than do it properly. One friend’s dog was even cut twice during grooming. When these concerns were brought up, the owner, Amanda, was dismissive and sarcastic. She told a family member that if she "knows her dog so well, she should groom him herself," and condescendingly offered to show her how to brush the dog. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially from a business owner. When I called to cancel my appointments and explained why, the employee I spoke to (Hailey) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Over the years, I’ve seen a high turnover of staff and a noticeable decline in service quality. The prices have also gone up significantly, and frankly, the quality no longer justifies the cost. I can no longer support a business that treats clients and their pets this way. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes.

I have been taking my Maltese to Posh Paws since he was a baby. They do an excellent job EVERY time. Great professional staff and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Posh Paws with my precious Stevie.

This review is long overdue. I have a Shih Tzu (Sophie)who is now 15. I have been going to Amanda for 8+ years. Her kindness towards my baby is unmatched. Sophie can be needy at times where she wants to be held especially since she a "senior" baby now. There have been plenty of times I’ve walked in and Amanda was actually holding her, or she was on someone’s lap at the front desk. This establishment has been nothing short of professional and caring. I feel very comfortable dropping Sophie for her grooming and they get her out as soon as possible knowing her age which I love. It shows the compassion and love they have in my opinion. I am ever so grateful I found not only Amanda but the entire Posh Paws staff.

I've been loving Posh Paws since I got my fur baby nearly 9 years ago! Can't even think about going anywhere else. This place is beautiful and they treat every doggie like their own! The Humans are awesome too! 😆
