Petco Grooming

I’ve never had a bad experience with any stylist at this location. I bring 2 pups here and they always take their time with them since they have anxiety (who doesn’t). Super nice and knowledgeable

Though the young lady did a good job. She was all alone dealing with multiple pets. At 4 there 5 groomers, at 5:30 there was one. This caused delays in the service provided. If you are offering timely professional pet services, you should schedule adequate staffing to meet set customer expectations.

I was extremely disappointed in the service. I dropped my dogs off at 1 and didn’t get them back until 630. Then to top it all off I had asked for a a body trim and to clean up the ears with a round face for my female Yorkie and when I picked her up all her hair was gone. It looks all butchered. I will not bring them to petco again. And the fact that I had to pay for something I did not ask for is worse. And right before the holidays. What a disappointment.

I have been taking my Leo to Alisha for probably 2 years now. She does a FANTASTIC job every time! Will be going to her indefinitely!

I wanted to give a shout out to Luis, he did a great job with trimming my finicky chihuahua’s nails. She actually behaved herself while he cut her nails ,he has the magic touch !!!! Thanks again Luis 🙂
