My two senior puppies just had their first grooming experience with Makala. She was super friendly and did an amazing job (mobile service). My puppies were going to a prior groomer for 10 and 15 years and I was nervous about trying something new. Decided to go mobile service because they are Senior Dogs and trying to make things as easy as possible for them in their senior years. I am so glad I called this business and scheduled the service. I am thrilled and so happy they were not stressed at all. Thank you! My new groomer!

I recently took my dog to Dtails Pet Grooming in Cumberland, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of a trim, they shaved him down to almost no hair, leaving him looking more like he was "scalped" than groomed. When I tried to reach out to the business to express my concerns and seek a resolution, the owner was appalling, rude, condescending and unprofessional. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no interest in addressing the issue or offering any form of apology. On top of everything, I found the service to be overpriced for the poor quality and lack of care my dog received. It’s unfortunate, as I had high expectations, but I will not be returning or recommending this grooming service to others. Very disappointing experience.

absolutely loved our time with sam over at d’tails. we’ve been on the lookout for a new groomer for our 3 dogs. pricing is about double from our old groomer but worth it 100%. looking forward to getting my other dogs in. thanks team!

We recently moved into the area, and we were looking for a top notch groomer for our Aussie. I can't tell you how grateful I am that friends recommended Dtails. Everything about the experience made us feel like they truly cared about our dog. Our groomer, Ashley went above and beyond to make our elderly, and sometimes nervous Bella feel comfortable. I have a very large guard dog, who isn’t good around other animals since the loss of my husband. They were so kind to open on a closed day so HondoJack could get a groom in finally. He looks so handsome. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful grooming spot for your anxious pup. My matted doodle was initially scared but apparently had no problem with the process. All the stylists were warm and terrific! My pup looks fantastic! Highly recommended Dtails!
