Paws N Tails (Pet Groomers)

Our dog Max gets groomed regularly at Paws ‘n Tails. We always have had a good experience and the staff is so friendly. Max can be pretty standoff-ish but feels comfortable coming here and always leaves looking so handsome and smelling wonderful!

Very disappointed with my puppy's first grooming experience. My puppy didn't cooperate well, which I understand, but they charged the full price even though only a bath was done and services like nail trimming were not completed. The groomer was kind and patient, but the front desk employee was rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. Poor customer service and unfair pricing. I would not recommend this place for puppies. My point was if you can’t able to do it accept and charge your costumer accordingly and be respectful. Front desk told she put her energy and time. My puppy out in 15 mins so definitely you didn’t spend that much time.

Our Golden Retriever developed matting that led to a skin infection, and the team at Paws and Tails was amazing. They carefully removed the mats, trimmed his coat, shaved the affected areas so his skin could heal, and gave him a medicated bath. Their care and attention made a huge difference, and we are incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!"

Brought my dog here for grooming and they did such a great job! The staff was friendly, professional, and really took good care of my pup. She looks amazing and came back happy. Definitely coming back again!

Holli has been our groomer for over a decade, and I have followed her wherever she goes. She is exceptional at her job and genuinely loves every animal she works with. My dogs run through the door the moment they realize they are going to see her, which tells you everything you need to know about the level of care she gives. Holli is professional, patient, and consistent, and she always makes my pets look and feel their best. I am grateful she is closer than ever now, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer they can trust completely.

Super easy to set up an appointment within a few days as a new customer, and a lot of that has to do with their great normal standard business hours. Groomer was great we highly recommend. Great communication and perfect amazing groom on a tricky breed. Followed some specific grooming asks perfectly. So professional and kind. Thank you.

Do not take your dog here. The groomer claimed she did not cut around my dog’s private area because he urinated blood. We rushed him to the vet because blood in the urine is very scary and concerning. The vet confirmed that there was an obvious cut on his private area from the groomer, and that was where the blood came from. Please do not lie to your customers. Our dog had to undergo unnecessary medical testing because you lied to us. We will not be taking our dog here ever again.
