Bruno's Place DIY Dog Wash (self-serve only) NOT A GROOMER

My dog doesn't love coming to Bruno's, but thankfully she can't leave reviews cuz I love this place. Reasonably priced based on the dog's weight and the facilities are very accommodating. You can get a few spritzes of doggy cologne and a bandana afterwards. And she looks so cute in her lil bandana every time 🥰

We took our full sized doodle here and were so impressed with this place. For the value and space, it was worth every penny! We had such a pleasant time grooming him, we came back later that day with our other dog. From one doodle owner to another, you know they’re a headache and expensive to groom. Bruno’s will be our go to unless he needs a full haircut at his groomer’s. This is going to save us hundreds! Next time we will reserve the room to groom both of our large dogs at the same time - very convenient too if you have a reactive dog! The staff was also extremely helpful during both of our visits and explained everything, also giving us helpful tips.

During the crazy storms we recently had, my husky, who never in all her 9 years, decided to push through our gate and escape. I cannot speak upon the actual service (although I’m sure it is excellent), they were so great and scanned my dog’s microchip and reported her found. They safely put her in a kennel until I could come by to grab her. I am forever grateful for them keeping my baby safe and made a severely stressful situation a little less stressful.

I love this place so much!! My dog does not do well at the groomer, so this place is perfect for us. They offer samples of their doggy perfume at the end of each bath and you get to choose a little bandana for them 🥺 Definitely recommend!!

Went here for the first time and loved it. Huge range of soaps available, as well as tools for shedding. Our dog was in desperate need of a shed and wash, and at Bruno's we had access to stuff we had never even heard of. Thank you for your help and advice, too! We felt well taken care of, even for self-serve. Will be back! The buy 5 get 1 free deal is amazing, too. Worth every cent, and comes out to roughly the same cost as large chains with wash packages. Happier to support Bruno's! And we even left with a cute complimentary bandana for our dog! Great experience. Highly recommend.

Great place to bathe your dog; however, i did not have a great experience this past Friday. I made it there at 7:17pm with 2 small dogs and 3 pairs of hands to bathe them. I was offered one sink instead of 2. I was harassed by the girl in charge from 7:45pm-8pm letting me know i needed to be gone by 8pm. I left the place with my second puppy half-bathed. By reading prior comments, I know it is not the employee’s fault that she was rude but the business’s practice when it comes to closing time. I think management owe to review their cut off time to an hour prior to closing to avoid unpleasant experiences. I hope the business is successful; however, improve to give customers a better experience instead of repelling them from ever coming again. See this as constructive criticism! Thank you.

Nice place with friendly staff. Helpful. Everything you may need. Update: We visited again yesterday with both dogs. This was our 4th return. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. We are from NM and travel thru Dallas routinely. This is one of the nicest places of its kind. We appreciate them. Thanks!
