Classy Cassie's Grooming

Cassie does a wonderful job! Ghost (pictured here) is a 135lb Great Pyrenees, but acts like a huge chicken. He’s spooked easily by even the simplest of things like doors opening too quickly near him. While he was a little nervous during the bath portion (as always, even when we’ve bathed him ourselves), Cassie had him all calmed down for the blow dry and brushing to de-shed him. When we returned to pick him up, he was happy to see us, but also very loving toward’s Cassie, her mother, and grandmother. Tail just wagging like crazy! That would not have been the case if he felt as though he was mistreated in any way. We are super happy with how handsome, fresh smelling, and she’d-free he is. Even his breath smells minty fresh! His coat is also perfectly, symmetrically trimmed, and in such a way that defines his figure. She even knew to leave the coat along his back a few inches long to protect him from the sun when he’s out for his walk, or lounging in the back yard. I think honestly, this is the best grooming experience you can have, and it’s great to have that kind of service from a locally owned business!

I am so happy I found a groomer I can trust and goes above and beyond for my pup. This was our second visit with them and Amber did a fantastic job, my boy looks AMAZING plus he’s happy. We won’t ever be going anywhere else and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Binky has been seeing Amber since he was 4 months old- he is now three. She always takes her time and makes him feel loved while he is away from us. Another thing I love about Amber is that is we have a one off request (i.e. want him shorter, longer, specialized cut, etc) she is always happy to accommodate our requests. Not to mentioned she accommodates our busy schedules while making him look SUPER handsome every time! She’s truly the best.

Today was the first grooming appointment for my dog. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. Coming in we were greeted like everyone knew us and we had been there before. It was a wonderful experience for him- they are very hands on and he loved it. He looks wonderful!!! Thank you so much!! Looking forward to his next appointment!!😊

I have two doodles, so grooming is a must! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the scheduler, Star. She is so friendly, sweet, and goes out of her way to get us appointments that work for us. Karsen is our groomer. She is VERY TALENTED! She makes our fur babies look amazing. I highly recommend t"Classy Cassie’s!!!

I can't say enough nice things about Cassie's!!! After a horrible experience at another grooming location in Gaston County I was looking through reviews and found Cassie's as I was desperate to try to secure an appointment for my little guy. Cassie's mom listened to my day in dread and while they weren't able to accommodate a full grooming for me today, she so nicely squeezed him in for a sanitary grooming which gets the hair out of his eyes and gets the other areas until I could book a full appointment. This was so nice of them!! I dropped my baby off and was greeted by a super clean establishment and smiling faces. I love that they have a "play pen" area for the dogs rather than utilizing kennels unless necessary (dogs that don't socialize well). I learned all about the business and her daughter's path to opening it up as it's a new business. I received a text when my guy was 20 minutes away from being ready. When I picked him up, he was happy and not stressed. He looked great and this momma is greatful for their generosity. I booked a follow-up appointment immediately for a full grooming and plan to make this my new establishment. Thank you again for taking such great care of us and your kindness!!!

Amber always does a great job with my pup Nuggets 🤎 She never dissappoint me nor nuggets coz he knows when he gets a bad haircut 😂 Definitely Amber is our favorite and our most trusted groomer. She listens and communicates well. Nuggets is always happy to see him. Would give her more than just a 5 star. Definitely would reccomend her if your looking for a new groomer.
