I love bringing in my dog to get a bath and grooming. Arleth does really great with taking care of Lexi and she’s always making sure Lexi’s cut is spot on. Definitely recommend bringing in your pets. 10/10!
had a 10 o’clock appointment was spoken down to in a very condescending way because I accidentally went into the room not knowing that I had to stand outside. The staff could use a lesson in manners and Customer Service!!! SKIP-this particular groomer and go somewhere else where your business is valued, Appreciated and we are not spoken down to manners matter! important to have people wait outside, waiting room and only have one person at a time and you should have a note clearly posted if there is one already it’s not just a suggestion to avoid An employee that doesn’t know how to customers…
The grooming staff is so sweet and friendly! My dog gets her nails trimmed and it’s always so quick
This was such a great experience! It was Bella's first grooming and according to Rachael, she did great. Even allowed her to cut and grind her nails. Highly recommend!

Very upset about our last bath visit. They fed my dog dog food which I thought they didn’t do and he threw up on the way home. It clearly was not the food we normally feed him, and caused a horrible allergic reaction.
