Outstanding customer service and great products variety. I was greeted by Jennifer with a big smile and she explained to me all the sales they have. I started asking her about neocaridina shrimp if they have any, she showed me the shrimps and told me to talk to chtistal (the general manager, absolute outstanding customer service also) to order me some shrimps. Then Billy came to help also... Not only their customer service is outstanding but also their fish tanks, they are so clean and well kept 👌 👍. Im so impressed with the level of customer care and the overall store. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, I usually do.

The staff did an excellent job making my Ellie feel comfortable. She was really nervous but the staff were so kind and gentle. Hair cut was excellent. I will definitely use them for routine hair cuts.

Mikayla always does an exceptional job with my furbaby. He is always happy and looks perfect when I get him.

Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! I made appt for grooming service and took my dog to the appt. I adopted him in May and he needed to be washed and dried. I was told it would be about an hour, maybe two if he hated it and struggled. FOUR hours later I get a call that he’s "almost done" and I needed to be there when he was done as he "broke out of a crate earlier". This terrified me! I get there and he’s half dry, neck and ears still completely wet… and now he has ear mites from this place! They told me I’d have to pay for VIP treatment next time to make sure he doesn’t have to go in a crate. Well I can promise you he would’ve been fine if he wasn’t in one for FOUR HOURS unattended! NEVER coming here again.

Kato looked so handsome after his grooming. He was so proud of himself. His nails, teeth and coat looked great.

Took my mini schnauzer in for a miniature schnauzer cut….the groomer cut his entire beard off, then lied about him being "matted". Bruno in 5 years has never had his beard cut off. I’m not happy with his cut! This is a picture 1 week prior to getting butchered…..
