Jessica and Jeanette always do a great job with my Shih Tzu. They leave her exactly how I want her groomed and never leave her with any cuts or redness, which I really appreciate since she’s a very hyper and anxious dog.

I had the privilege to have William as my trainer for my 6 month old rescue pitbull. William was incredible! He took the time and explained every command and why we were doing it the way we were and the importance of doing training at home. After the beginner class our puppy made leaps and bounds from when we first got her. We did two more classes over the past year with William. He again went above and beyond to make sure both my dog and I understood each command. He was knowledge on and understanding of the issues many rescue dogs have, and brought my dog further along in her training and overall sociability than I could have imagined. He really made an effort to bond with her and took the extra time to work through things she struggled with. William is also very kind and easy to communicate with, and was always extremely flexible with my schedule if I ever missed a class. He is a fantastic trainer and would recommend him to anyone interested in furthering their dogs training at any level.

Definitely don't recommend it. Employees don't have the currency to call about appointment being canceled. I booked a week in advance and was denied once I drove 40min to the groom. I was told that I can try next week.

Kept our large dog in a cage for almost 5 hours and still hadn't done anything to her. They moved our appointment 4 times prior. Never going here again

Service was great. Kayla, our groomer was friendly! There was a bit of a wait but no problem! Perfect time to go have lunch at the nearby Chili's while we wait for pooch to be pampered! Thanks Pet Smart! 💕

This place has staff who don't do their job. Our dog was ready after 5 hours, and the work they did was horrible. My dog smells really bad. It is evident that they did not do their job. I will not return to this place ever again.

Did a great job on one short haired terrier and a long-haired Maltese mix.
