Top notch grooming, nice staff. Jasmine take great care of my neurotic dog!!

Two days ago I paid 20 dollars to have my dog ​​Yorkie's nails cut and they didn't cut them!! and because of that he got stuck in a blanket today and broke it!! what do I do now? I'm going to spend on vets and antibiotics because of him!

I dropped off my dog for an appointment at 10am to get groomed. 4 1/2 hours later with no communication i called to check her status. They had yet to groom her. I asked why and they said they were short staffed and it would be another hour to 1 1/2. I chose to pick up my dog. As soon as i placed her on the ground she went potty. The manager did not seem to understand why i was so upset. I understand being under staffed but at what point is there communication being passed down to customers like myself. My dog sat there for hours waiting and that is something i am not ok with. I scheduled as early as it was available that way my dog could be taken care of. I would have happily rescheduled and not have had my dog there sitting there in a kennel if i would have known. I'm extremely disappointed in how today was handled and the lack of communication. This is neglect and poor care to my dog.

I took my Pomeranian, Katy, to be groomed. Callie was the lady who groomed her. When I picked her up, I saw how pretty she was but more importantly how calm she was. Callie said Katy was the first Pom she'd groomed. I thought my dog was perfect, and I sent a picture of her to friends who also thought she was lovely. Katy is a nervous little dog so her calm demeanor told me that Callie is really gentle with dogs. I will definitely book future appointments with her.

Very good service in the grooming area for the furry ones in the house. Good treatment for pets and the client is 100% recommended.

Rose is great!!! She does my dogs nails every 6 to 8 week. Great personality.
