I had a very disappointing experience with Poochies Dallas Mobile Pet Grooming.I paid $194 for a grooming service that took only about 15 minutes, and my pet was returned still wet, not properly blow-dried, and did not even smell clean afterward. Blow-drying is a basic part of grooming, and I was told it wasn’t done because my pet was "crazy," which is not an acceptable excuse—handling pets is literally part of the job.The grooming quality was poor, rushed, and felt extremely unprofessional for the price charged. For $194, I expected a complete, thorough service, not a half-done job.Overall, this was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

As I write this, my groomer is over 2 hours late for their appointment with absolutely no update on when they would arrive. In fact, they didn't even bother to reach out to me and let me know there was a timing issue, and instead I had to repeatedly ask what was happening. It should have been a red flag when I went to book the appointment and was met with disorganization and unprofessionalism. I filled out the new customer form and didn't hear anything back. After a few days, I followed up, and they told me that they never received the request - before magically finding it 5 minutes later. I am a busy mom who works full-time, and I don't have the time to be jerked around. I organized my day to accommodate this appointment, and having my time disrespected is both frustrating and unprofessional. Since I never used their grooming services, I can't speak to the quality of their work, but I can tell you that if you are looking for someone who is reliable and communicative - STEER CLEAR.
