This review should have been done almost 2 years ago now. Each time we have to give our 3 year old dog a gabapentin to calm him down for the groomer, it takes me back to the day I picked my sweet boy up from this groomer and she was basically yelling at me that we need to get our boy a trainer because he has behavioral issues. He had a bruised face and looked horrible. When I got home I realized that if this woman was so quick to yell at me… of course it makes sense that she treated my dog poorly. I decided to write this review today because in a few days our baby boy is scheduled for grooming and each time, I am reminded of the day I picked him up from here. Thank goodness that we found the best place with the most tender, love and care for our sweet baby and he has been going there ever since but he still has to have the medicine each time as he was traumatized from this groomer. Also I think it’s odd how cash has to be paid for the service and you cannot pay by credit/debit card.

For the past 10 years, Beau Chien has been so much more than a groomer to my little family. They have been a trusted, caring part of my dogs’ lives. They lovingly cared for my little man Leo for 8 wonderful years, always making him look incredibly handsome while also treating him with such kindness and compassion, especially when he became ill. When Leo passed far too soon, the team was incredibly sympathetic and thoughtful, and their condolences truly meant so much to me during such a difficult time. When I welcomed my new fur baby, Dottie, there was never any question where she would go for grooming. Siobhan and Alex have welcomed her with open arms and already take such wonderful care of her. She recently had her second grooming appointment, and she looked absolutely beautiful when I picked her up! The team at Beau Chien is always flexible with scheduling and works closely with pet owners to help keep pups looking their best on a regular schedule. The recent cosmetic updates to the salon have also created such a clean, warm, and inviting environment. Most importantly, I always know my pup is in loving, capable hands when I drop her off for her "day at the salon." I cannot recommend Beau Chien highly enough. Thank you for treating my pets like family!

I am constantly getting compliments on our dog’s haircut! Siobhan does a beautiful and careful job and really understands how to work with my very nervous, mommy-attached pooch. It takes me an hour to get there from my house and worth the drive!

It has taken me too long to do this. My almost thirteen year old schnauzer has been going to Beau Chien since he was just a year old. From the first visit I have never needed or wanted to try anywhere else. The owner is an expert in this field and the people who work with her are excellent also. My dog is spoiled and does not love to be groomed but does beautifully in their thoughtful care. The cost is reasonable for great and careful work. I can not recommend this business highly enough.

Beau Chien LLC does amazing work. The first grooming was incredible, 100%! The second I'd give an 80% as ears were not cleaned and nails could have been better. Still, I know how much fur my dog sheds and they really brush out well there!
