Five stars. Becca is knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Even though my dog hates getting her nails trimmed, she tolerates it, possibly due to the calm vibe. It's a clean facility as well, which I appreciate 🙏

I don't know what Agi is talking about in the previous review. Beck and her team are great and we have been going to them for seven years now for our dog Zoe. The place is clean and always packed with dogs. Beck not only clips Zoe's nails, but has given us invaluable advice about medical issues concerning Zoe. I seriously doubt, Agi, that your dog got an infection visiting this great small business; maybe you are the one getting your dog sick.

Rebecca has groomed our two cairn terriers for the last 3 years. Not only do they look good but the dogs really like Becca. Great place!

The owner was so pleasant on the phone and I was nervous as this was my first time to try a new groomer in 8yrs. She assured me all would be good and there was good jest over the phone. When I arrived at 8am to check both dogs in, the greeting by Hilda was extremely cold and rude, they were extremely friendly to the local Darien crowd who were checking in. I went over many times what I wanted as Hilda told me the groomer was 2 weeks with the salon (nerves), Hilda was condescending and so patronizing. I called midmorning to speak to owner and just checkin and she was nice and said it was nice to hear exactly what the owner wanted. At checkout the owner was so rude the worst manners ever, it was like a bunch of mean girls worked there. They would be super nice to the local Darien crowd but did not care that I was a new client, the deliberately made me wait, up my price because they said the smallest dog was a train wreck. I think they discriminated because I am only 37yrs old and live in Westport. Ideally if you want to provide a service to be nice and friendly to all your clients, never be mean girls or act like you are high school! The cut was good but because of the staff immature, extremely bad mannered behavior I highly recommend you NEVER ever use this salon.

Best experience ever!! They gave my dog the best haircut and took care of her as if she was their own, I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!!!! Extremely friendly stuff 👍👍

The most expensive, and worst cut ever!!! And my dog came down with upper respiratory infection 3 days later! $360 vet visit.
