PetSmart Grooming

The store is the worst store that I could have ever gone to. I tried to buy nutrisoft pellets for my Cockatoo and they never have it in stock. I've gone back for three separate incidents with a rude cashier and a rude manager. All they ever tell me is they have a truck coming in each time I've stopped in there but the truck never seems to come with the food I need for my large bird. I tried to order it online and that didn't work out either. I got $100 gift card for Christmas and I can't even use it because they don't keep what I need for my large cockatoo bird. Some of us don't have dogs and cats. I called customer service about my online order and she told me that it never went through even though it took the money off the gift card that I have. I'm just livid about the whole situation with this store and the terrible employees you have working there. What's sad is the manager didn't even know how to spell cockatoo? To even look up the nutrisoft pellets for the bird.i would never ever recommend going to this store...now I have a large pissed off cockatoo who's hungry..... Sad thing is I go to Petco and they ordered two bags of his food every month and I've never had one problem with them. Petco is the way to go from now on...

Place and employees are really rude. Took our puppy there twice and had to jump through hoops to get her in. It’s was almost like you were in convincing they. We will find a different place
