I have been going to Lulu’s Pet Spa for over a year now and they are amazing. I have a goldendoodle and she loves coming here. I have a lot of things I want and don’t want and they always listen, pay attention to detail and are very patient with me and my doodle. I am super grateful. They give our "Lucky" so much love and it shows. Highly recommend to anyone looking to groom their dog.
Absolutely amazing experience. From my first phone call to inquire about making an appointment as a first time customer, to picking up my baby girl it was an amazing experience. The staff was above and beyond truly, pricing was fair, spa felt clean and comfortable, they treated my dog as if they’re own and the actual grooming was perfect and exactly what I had asked for!!! I was sent pictures shortly after dropping her off saying she was comfortable and happy and a picture after with her grooming completed! 10/10 experience! I’m absolutely nuts about taking our puppy to places I trust after a bad experience at Dogtopia where the dogs were being mistreated. But this place was amazing. Our puppy Macy had her first groom today! We asked to go a little shorter on her face since she likes to get messy and the groomer walked us through so much information on how it would look compared to a standard doodle cut. The environment was so adorable, clean, and friendly. I loved that I walked in and the dogs were off the leash playing when they were ready for pick up. Will definitely be back 🥰
I’ve taken my fur baby to several places locally, and Lulu’s is the best. They are so kind and gentle with your fur baby. I am definitely coming back. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.
It was our first time at Lulu’s Pet Spa and I must say I'm very pleased. After a bad experience with another groomer, I’m so glad we gave them a try. Our dogs came out happy, relaxed, and wagging their tails. The team was patient and truly cared, no matter how long it took. Definitely coming back. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
This is by far the BEST pet grooming we have been to! 😍 It is literally a Spa for pets! My baby girl looks absolutely stunning, like a princess 🥰 Lulu and her staff were so welcoming, loving, and caring with my baby and I can’t thank them enough for that! They literally LOVE what they do! Lulu also sent me pics of the grooming process which is the best customer service ever! 👏🏻 Thank you so much, we will definitely be back for our routine grooming! 😍
I LOVE the vibe in the actual groomers. It’s very artsy and floral! Any time I’ve taken my puppy, he comes out looking so happy 🥹 I’m kinda picky about how my poodle is groomed and they never disappoint 💖
