Nobody knows springers like Tracey, and I also got my dog from Tracey and Don 10 years ago. We got a perfect haircut and lots of love. If you want care and quality, this is the place to go!
This place is definitely a rip off. I’ve been taking my dogs here for years now & all they do is keep adding more and more fees every time you go. It’s never have the exact price for what u get. They’re very unprofessional and the staff act like they don’t know anything. They make up their own numbers in their head to give you after the service is done just to pocket extra cash. Don’t waste your time here or they will try to hold your dog’s hostage.
My dog Max has been staying at Deer Hills Boarding everytime we're out of town.
This place is a rip off! They charged me $300 to shave the belly’s of my 2 cats! $300! Willow Pet would charge me only $23! I would have went there but they stopped doing cat grooming. They also gave both of my cats bald spots on the sides where they could have tried brushing out the knots instead. I wish I would have known how much it was going to cost. I would have NEVER brought them there.
Complete rip off. Tried to take advantage of a friend of mine. Was quoted a price for a dog grooming than she wanted to increase it to 100 dollars without confirming with us first. She blamed her staff for "not informing us". Mind you my family has brought our dogs to her for years and I was bringing her more business and she did this to me. Total rip off and the place smells and is dirty.
Amazing!!! I have a senior dog who is deaf and blind and frightened by any type of grooming or nail trimming. At deer hills he was so comfortable and didn’t flinch I can’t recommend them enough ❤️
I have brought all three of my animals which include two dogs and a cat. They are always so kind and friendly and my animals look wonderful. This is the only establishment on the entire island that I trust with my animals.
