Fluffy Dogs store

Took my dog here to get groomed. Came back with a horrible haircut, nicked on her paws from the clippers and had an ulcer on her vulva. She can't even sit still from it burning and being painful. We had to go to the ER last night because she was uncomfortable, shaking her head from the ear infection she also got. She was perfectly fine the day before she got groomed here. Now we have to pay more money and treatments to help her get back to her normal self. Beforehand we also asked how much the service was going to be, we got told it was going to be $100. Paid them $100 in cash, but once we got the receipt back we only got charged $90, giving themselves a $10 tip without telling us.

Do not go here. Professionalism and scheduling is sorely lacking. Scheduled for a 9AM appointment, but they don’t open until 10. Figured Google had it wrong. Showed up, no answer. Tried texting and calling, nothing until 15 min after when Lorena said they were on the way. I said we were no longer keeping the appointment, we already left. Mentioned that their online booking allows for 9AM appointments and they should get that fixed. All I got was numerous explanations on how they do business and how they pick up dogs on the way there and they would be available after 10 and that usually people message them to book appointments. Dude! If you need me to message you, don’t have a QR code on your sign which leads you straight to online booking. Even got a text from her early in the morning saying we were good to go. Apparently not. After seeing some of the other reviews on here, think we dodged a bullet. Dog grooming is not cheap so go somewhere else that respects you and your time!

They never showed to the appointment. Very bad attitude, they hung up the phone. Very irresponsible

Not reliable dog service. Canceled on me 2x. Dont think they know what they are doing.

I took my maltipoo, Tlaloc, to Fluffy Dogs Pet Mobile, and let me tell you—he looked practically homeless before! Poor guy was so matted, I’d been to pricey places that just shaved him down. But this groomer, for a super reasonable price, did it all: teeth cleaning (which were, honestly, a disaster), glands, and—most importantly—he saved Tlaloc’s fur! Now Tlaloc looks like a star. My pug is gleaming and black as ever, and both are shining, happy pups. But now, Tlaloc won’t stop asking me to put the lotion in the basket!😂

Lleve mi perrita para que le limpien sus dientes. Mi viejita tiene 9 años, y Lorena la trató súper bien ❤️ le limpió sus dientes y la bañó y le cortó el pelo. Un gran gran trabajo el que realizó la verdad quedé maravillada de todo el proceso es un excelente lugar

Que falta de profesionalismo, que terrible como te devuelven el animal , mi gata cortada, transquilada,’maltratada de verdad ahorrencen pasar un mal mal momento con estas personas que asco de personas maltratadoras de animales y más terrible ver que no soy la única que hay más animales de por medio
