Goode Dog Spa

My wife and I were blessed to have had a beautiful big Goldendoodle boy in our lives for 14 years. We struggled to find a really good groomer for years for him until we found someone (who is far away from us now) who worked out of her home. It was a wonderful experience but she's near retirement and so we were looking for someone for our new Doodle puppy, but closer by. We feel so lucky that a couple of neighbors told us about Juli and Goode Pet Spa. Our little guy is just about 4 months old, and a little nervous around new places and people. Juli treats him as if he were her very own dog and he absolutely loves her! When we pick him up, his tale is wagging hard and he's not the least bit stressed. If you've tried Petco (or Petsmart) or the big strip mall grooming places, you owe it to your family, and your pup, to give Juli a try - she's the best!

Juli did a great job on Rainy. She looks perfect and is much cooler. Her price was also great. Standard poodles are such a challenge to groom because we, the owners are often very picky, but Juli listened to what I wanted and cut Rainy's hair exactly how I wanted. That's rare in a groomer and very appreciated. I have had several groomer's lop off a poodles top knot or some other feature that is important to me, and then say it is because it was matted, when in reality it was just curly after being washed. It is rare to find a groomer who is willing to take a few minutes and actually comb through a poodles hair and not just chop it off. I am very grateful I found Juli, and would highly recommend her to any poodle owners out there. Before and after pictures below.

We brought our two dogs to Juli for the first time and couldn’t be happier! She was so warm and welcoming, taking the time to help them feel comfortable in her space before starting their groom. Both pups came out looking and feeling amazing -- their baths were perfect, nails neatly trimmed, and our long-haired dachshund mix has never had softer fur. We’re so glad to have found such a thoughtful and thorough groomer. Highly recommend Juli!

Julie is fantastic! She is very communicative and gave us plenty of tips for our golden doodle puppy. She sent us update photos during the grooming session which we really appreciated. She was very professional and did an excellent job despite our squirmy pup not having much exposure to bathing or grooming. We’re looking forward to our next appointment!

Juli Is very professional and asked lots of great questions to get to know my dog and put me at ease on our first visit. Her pricing is very reasonable and comparable to other groomers I checked into. All in all it was a great experience and we already have an appointment for our next visit!

I’ve been searching for a groomer I trust and am so glad I found Juli! She was super thorough and even checked in with me a couple days after the appointment to make sure that my senior dog, Chandler was still looking good. Juli is professional and catered to my all of my pup’s personal needs. Can’t wait for our next grooming!
