Petco Grooming

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheri did an amazing job grooming my doodle! Not only did she make him look absolutely perfect, but she also went above and beyond by squeezing us in just in time for me to start my holiday travel. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she works with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—Cheri is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch grooming at Petco!

AMBER V ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯‼️ Although I feel as if Petco is starting to get pricey, Amber was so patient and kind, and did an amazing job grooming my toy poodle. she did wonderful to fulfill everything I requested for the groom. It's taken me a while to find the best groomer at Petco for my pup, but she will be my go-to for future grooms 🙂

Cheri is the best. She takes such good care of our dog. She comes home every time happy and beautiful!

I have been bringing my dog here for many years. This time did not go well. When I brought my dog in, I specifically asked for the extra care package that includes nail buffing, because his nails were really long. I got a call that he was ready within the hour, which is very unusual, usually it takes more around two hours, I picked up the ticket and paid for his service, then went back to get my dog. The groomer then informed me that she Had not been able to trim his front nails because he was over it. She suggested that at that time somebody may be able to help her, but I didn’t see a lot of positive effort on her part. I believe she rushed his service and he’s an old man said in his ways. He likes along spa day. I was charged full service for a job that wasn’t complete. I wish I would’ve known before. I went to pay the bill. I will not be bringing my dog back.

I think it's unfair to give a low rating due to one experience (especially since every other encounter at this location has gone fine, or great). However, after Casper's disappointing cut with Alisha, I cannot recommend using any other stylist more. Charging $100+ while taking 4+ hours for an uneven buzzcut is absolutely criminal. The beard for a Schnauzer cut was choppy too. I don't appreciate half the energy put into her work while receiving full pay and a 20% tip. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid booking with this inexperienced, unenthusiastic stylist.

Cheri is the best! She does an incredible job grooming my pup, who is part doodle so his hair is VERY curly. He always comes back looking so clean and cute but most importantly happy! I trust her completely to make sure my dog is not looking his best but feeling so as well
