DO NOT RECOMMEND its reeks of urine when you walk in and they cut my dog by the eye when I picked him up I could tell he had bled. He didn’t even smell clean when I picked him up and he was full of dog hair and I have a poodle
Kelly was the WORST. She was rude. She messed up my dogs cut. She didn't want to comb out my dogs hair so she just shaved my miniature Poodle bald. I will never come back there. Highly upset. First pics are after she called herself grooming my dog. The 2 lady pics is what she looked like b4 I took her. Don't take your dog to Kelly.
The groomers seemed skilled. My cat is hornery and the couldn't from her, but they were pleasant and did try
What impressed me most was how happy and relaxed my dog was when I picked him up. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the pets they groom. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place !
My puppy is 9 months old and has never had her nails cut or been around strangers. The groomers were great with her-, patient and friendly and made sure she was comfortable.
Great service and the groomer did a good job with our Goldendoodle. We opted for Deluxe package and everything was perfect including his hair cut.
Be careful scheduling grooming with them, they will cancel your appointment as you walk in. Go somewhere else!
