I have a very timid dog. It was only the second time she got groomed & the first time was not a good experience. Suzanne was amazing with her though. My dog was also very matted & it took a long time to get her shaved. She was patient and kind with both of us. She really took her time so that my dog felt comfy and safe. 10/10 recommend. We will be back!

Barney loves Sue! She has groomed and boarded Barney for years. She knows Barney’s grooming needs. He is a Maltese and his hair requires a lot of care.

Been taking my Bichon to Sue for 3 years now and Sue does a great job. Sue is kind and so good to Reesi. Reesi just lays down and let's Sue groom her. Bob is very kind and good to Reesi while bathing her and drying her. Trust them totally with my dog.

Sue left and another young lady cut my dogs haiir and it was not anything like I wanted it to be. She said that Sue didn’t leave any instructions on how I wanted her cut. She said she called my phone but I didn’t get the call. Sue’s husband was sitting right next to Sue when I told her how I wanted her cut .. My question is why didn’t the young lady call Sue if she could not reach me, because Sue knew how I wanted her cut . It was not a good cut at all and a chunk of hair on the on her ear that looks really choppy. The young lady said that she moved her head quickly and that’s why that chunk of hair on her ear looked that way.

First, I would like to say thanks to Sue and her staff for the outstanding service that my dog and I received today. They are very nice and professional people who gets the job done. I was given information regarding my dog that would help me to keep his coat clean and matted free in which I thought was very helpful. I had been previously ill before taking my dog in to get groomed. Needless to say, my dog was well overdue. She allowed me to sit and wait until he was finished, and now he looks like a whole dog literally. In closing, I would like to say thank you again to In Home Grooming for all of your great and quality services today.

Sue is great. It doesn't get any better than this. I took my long haired cat in to her for the first time at 7:00 am and I didn't have all the vaccination records that she needed. Other than sending me away, she waited until 7:30 when the vet with the records opened and then repeatedly called them until she got an answer. She even cleaned the carrier I brought her in and put a towel in it for the return trip. The grooming and bath were both great and it went very smoothly since she is so good with animals. She is my pet groomer from now on!!!
