Smitten Kitten

My cat got her nails trimmed and got claw caps put on for the first time here, and it was a wonderful experience. It was much cheaper than anticipated, about $20 for front paws only and $25 for front and back. The groomer did a wonderful job with my kitty, I couldn't hear any sort of protesting from my cat throughout the experience. It was also surprisingly quick! It only took about ten minutes, and I spent that time browsing for gourmet cat treats!

Fun little cat store, kids loved it! We got treats and toys. Shop cats were cool and several up for adoption. Tequila woild have come home with us if we didn't already have 5. 😆

They are so lovely and courteous! While my appointment was booked, they continued to ring me and tell me when they had other openings available sooner. I wasn't able to finagle my schedule but I appreciated it. My cat Havoc can be a handful at the vet and I was anxious he would be stressed and hoped he wouldn't be too much trouble for the groomer. I was told he wasn't much trouble at all and he wasn't at all stressed out at pick up. And he looks beautiful (I never realized he had such an explicit primordial pouch before). If your cat gets matted easily, I very much recommend this place. Very reasonable pricing, especially when I know my cat will be well taken care of.

Absolutely the best place to go for anything kitty. Super reasonable on pricing. Such nice staff My mom gets her cat fur trimmed here all the time and they do such a good job. Plus love playing with the resident kitties!

Asked for my long hair cat not to get shaved, just brushed and washed. They did a great job. Cleaned her ears and trimmed her toes too. My cat is starting to get old and has some sensitive spot and I think they took good care of her because she wasn't traumatized when she got home. She needed a butt shave though because as she ages she doesn't clean back there as well. I'll be returning as needed for her because she also came home happy and without major anxiety. Their office is well maintained and has some pretty cute cats roaming about which is fun as well. Very happy

We got our cat a lion cut here after some matting made regular brushing incredibly difficult. While the service was good and reasonably priced, she unfortunately picked up a hitchhiker in the form of some kind of some kind of respiratory virus or bacterial infection that has since spread to all the cats in our home. After speaking to a friend, they said that their strictly indoor cat had gone to this groomer and come home with ringworm that had passed on to the owner. Im grateful for the help in taking care of our old girl’s matting but I would like to see more care taken in cleaning and sanitation here moving forward before we go back.

Staff was not friendly or informative when I dropped off/picked up my cats. Only groomed 1 of my 2 cats staying with them. The one cat they did groom had dried blood on his nails from cutting them too short. Would not recommend this location.
