⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have a larger cat who gets very nervous and scared during grooming, so finding someone who could handle him gently was really important to me. Jackson came to our home and did an amazing job grooming Georgie. He looked fantastic afterward, and the entire experience was so much less stressful than taking him somewhere unfamiliar. I was incredibly impressed with Jackson’s patience, professionalism, and skill. The convenience of having the grooming done at home was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this service, and especially Jackson, to anyone looking for a caring and talented cat groomer! 🐾 Georgie and I couldn’t be happier with the results! 🐾

they did amazing. i was honestly expecting my cat to look a little goofy because i’ve only seen him with long hair, but they made him look so adorable and he smells so good. i love it

Ok my first issue is the groomer didn't speak English my dog wasn't matted cuz I comb him out they charge me an extra $40 plus card fee when I left a $45 deposit fine. My dog still had a bad smell and he didn't cut his nails. I was hoping to give a good review but I will not be calling this groomer again and if I was u I wouldn't used them cuz $200 later and I have to still get my dog re wash and nails cut which is crazy beware of things u see on Facebook. Even want to dispute with my bank cuz now they won't answer

my baby has never been this happy after getting groomed, they were so nice and kind to her! i love the little accessory they put around her neck she looks adorable, and she smells insanely good! kitty cat had an amazing spa day!!😸😻

1st time using this service. Kind of pricey but did a good job for my cat. Grooming and bath. Think will be using again since i am a wheelchair patient and cannot drive anywhere. Thank you.

Horrible! I used this service previously however when scheduling another appointment online the groomer never showed. I contacted the company to reschedule because they claimed they were having issues with the website. The person I spoke with told me they would call back with another day and time (this happened twice after having to call them). Finally after not receiving a call back (over 4 days), I requested a refund. They still have yet to issue the refund. I do not recommend this company due to poor customer service and poor follow up.
