Best grooming we've had in years! I'm not kidding, my swiss shepherd looks years younger! The de-shed package is worth it for shepherds shedding their undercoat. My dog came back clean, smelling great, fresh breath and looking happy too!

Positive experience. I can tell RJ loves animals. My puppy was calm and relaxed in his care. I was comfortable leaving him with RJ.

My dog is not fully trained and doesn't like his nails trimmed. His groomer took extra time with him and was able to get his nails done. He smelled so good and looked so happy when I picked him up that I know he was treated well. We were very happy with the service.

I made an appointment for my puppy, I responded to the multiple text with the first requesting a rabies shot. I responded to the text that the vet said the weight was to low 2.7 lbs. Never received a response, I called countless times never got an answer. Sent many msg that pup didn't have rabies shot will that be a problem...no answer. Took 4 hrs off from work to keep appointment only to be told they couldn't accept her. Not to mention the groomer was late arriving! Total waste of my time

I have been using this service for quite some time. You guy provide very good grooming serves to my baby. The tech Sheena is awesome and i would recommend her to anyone. She make sure my baby is very comfortable and relaxed and is also ways polite and pleasant. But on the other hand you guys should provide coupons for frequent visitors.
