If I could give this groomer a -10 I would not only did she cut my long hair Chihuahua's hair all the way off. She cut the back of his leg while she was supposedly clipping his nails. It bled for almost an hour and she also nicked him in two other places after being told only do his pants, his paws and his claws. She took it up on herself to cut my entire dog's hair and it looked horrible. Please do not ever take your fur babies to this lady. She oversteps her boundaries and does what she wants to do and it's not even good at doing it

It's my first time using P4 The owner was very informative about the services that were provided She loved on my Chace like they were old friends. He looked and Smelled amazing. I'm sure I will use them again. Ms J. thanks again.

Took my two dogs here but my yorkie and Maltese Gizmo here, and his nails were never cut like I had asked. I don't remember the groomers name but she told me that she didn't cut his nails because they bled so she didn't cut them. She had actually cut his balls and didn't tell me, there's scars down there and on his stomach. His mood has changed and he's been SHAKING ever since. I have been calling the number all day to no response.

You will not be disappointed in P4 Professional grooming services! My fur baby Sugar comes out smelling and looking amazing! She is so gentle with Sugar. Her passion for her craft shows. P4 grooming is awesome!

I can’t recommend Purple Pooch enough! They take such great care of my baby Snickers! I know when I drop him off he is in good hands. My baby comes back looking (and smelling) amazing with the perfect cut. You can tell Purple Pooch really love animals and pay attention to detail. Professional, kind, and reliable, this is why my Snickers comes monthly, and has been coming for over 2yrs!!! I would not take him to any other place!

My doggie Mason has been going to Ms.Javonna since he was a new puppy since 2021. I am reading a post dated from 8/28 on her doggy being matted. It’s a shame people will go in on a professional on a review but like myself I would like to see the before and after pictures because I am sure Ms. Javonna would have explained the services before she started and there is a before and after picture. I am sure like any professional she has pictures of the matted areas she all the removed but I do not see the pictures from the client. I love the grooming services that Mason received and he is 4 years old and still handsome. I think something’s can be resolved with a vet appointment to determine the cause and then the resolve can take place to remedy the issues. My dog is a Bichon and when he is even groomed there is redness that is because the area is a sensitive area but a little cool water and witch hazel or whatever the vet recommends to take away the irritation. Ms. Javonna has always been professional and never harmed my doggy. Mason will forever be a client and I have referred 8 other people with doggies and they love her too. I hope the owner of the doggie gets them looked at and finds another groomer . It just seems it is three sides to the story and no pictures just angry words. I hope the doggie irritates has calmed and the matter can be resolved respectfully and without anger . I believe this matter can be addressed and resolved.
