Put'n On The Dog

She does not follow directions and cuts however she wants. My dog’s haircut was uneven and patchy, and when I picked her up, her paw was bleeding from being shaved too close. When I brought up my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, she brushed it off and was dismissive. Very unprofessional experience.

Me experience was so bad. They cut her to low and she had so many scratches and her paw kept bleeding. Never again

Service was really bad my dog had scars on her didn't cut like I asked her she is really rude and she gave my dog to another customer and I had their dog lucky the guy who had my dog gave her back I will never go here again very bad business and she takes the money before she does the job and it's terrible not clean at all

I would not recommend this groomer. I brought my dog in for a simple cut and when I picked him up, his coat was patchy and uneven, with bald spots in several areas. It looks like little care or attention was put into the grooming, and it’s honestly upsetting to see my dog come back looking worse than when he went in. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and at least a decent haircut. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing and I won’t be returning.

Scheduling was easy...She called me at 7:20am to confirm my 8am appointment, and stated said I can come NOW.I got there I told her I DONT want my dog's ears cut.I told her she needs a wash,trim,nails cut & polished.She told me they're outta there at 9:30am and she'll be done way B4 then. so I came back at 9am and my Cinnamon (Chihuahua) was trembling until we got home.she looked TERRIBLE. Her ears were CHOPPED after I told her not to touch them.Her neck & chest was CHOPPY. Her stomach & butt wasn't touch AT ALL but her tail was cut wrong and weird.This lady has a smile on her face but her spirit is just not right.She's not to be trusted.I would be the fool to go back and I advise anyone else NOT to as well....sorry but not sorry!

We just moved to the Detroit area and was looking for a dog groomer near us and came across put' n on the dog grooming didn't have to wait long on a appointment reasonable price and only 2 hours a half wait to pick him back up being his first time there, I felt she done a good job. it been a while since his last cut so she may have cut him a little shorter than I may have liked but I feel it will only get better I will be taking him back.

I Love this place I have been coming here since the '80s I've never smelled any smells inside of the Putting on the dog. I have had 13 dogs that I have been groomed here over the years and have had my dogs broaded here as well while I on was vacation with no problems. The owner she does an excellent job for a reasonable price and she is reliable and has a beautiful heart and does try to help people. I have never had any problems with the owner or the service.
