Very good service! They did a great job with my dog and handled everything with care. My dog was treated really well, and I’m very satisfied. Will definitely come back!

I did think that this was a wonderful groomer at one point in time. I have 1 dog that is groomed all the time. I have a pug dog that I groom once a year due to her breed she doesn't get cut but once a year. My pug was last groomed Nov.2024 and they lost her chained and tag. She located the chain sent me a picture when i came to get it she couldn't find it a week later, So she promised me discount due to their mistake. Even though my other dog get groomed often I called today for my pug and asked for my discount and was told due to the time frame the owner won't honor my discount. Therefore I will not be bringing any of my dogs back. I have been a great customer and it crazy that people are so cheap and dont really care about customers service or my inconvenience. I only asked for 20 bucks off what I paid for the new chain. People make sure your pet comes home with all their accessories because the owner doesn't stand behind her word. I could see if I hadn't been in contact at all but they groom my other dog all the time. Unhappy customer who will find another groomer that cares about customer service and relationships. 😠😞

Got my Golden British Shorthair cat a bath here after discovering it via the nearby veterinary clinic in the same plaza. Scheduling, rescheduling, and intake process was quick and easy. Reception staff (Makayla?) was very friendly, and tolerated my nervous small talk as this was my first time taking my timid furbaby for a bath. I was afraid he’d panic or stress (despite my wife’s reassurances) since this would be the second time he’s had one ever. Had my furbaby tolerated his head and face being blown dry, the entire process might’ve only taken half an hour, but while he did well getting his body blown dry, I was notified they opted to air dry his head and face in a cage for about an hour. Other owners typically drop off their pet for services but I more or less stayed there watching through the large window into the back to make sure my furbaby was okay. He was, timid floofy guy that he is. Happy with the results and left a modest tip. For others where this might be convenient, I actually originally thought the proprietors might be Korean but they may be or may include Chinese who speak the language. As the proud parent of a fragrant feline (not that he smelled unpleasant naturally), I recommend giving this place a try!

We bring our dog here every month for his grooming and he gets treated very well every time. The space is very clean and organized which is amazing. Usually takes between 2-3 hours for their grooming service.

Been searching for a groomer when I come down to socal to visit my family, and stumbled across ironmaya. I’ve been to the diamond bar location twice now, and they have done an amazing job with both of my Pekingese. Prices are reasonable and they’re very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!
