LA Pets Grooming

They are extremely caring to my 90lbs German Shepherrd. Bismarck is a long coat shepherd and LA Pets does a wonderful job leaving his coat free of knots, soft, and shiny. They also do a thorough job on his ears and paws. Easy to make an appointment. Highly recommended ! 🐾

I have a tiny 4lb Yorki and she can be a handful to get groomed and they do such a good job on her. They are very patient with her and she looks great each time.

I have taken my dog to these groomers several times because I had good experiences prior. This last time, however, my dog's cut was really choppy and he had the littlest knick (scab) on his underbelly. I called to see if I could get the haircut fixed and the manager said I could bring him in but they couldn't really do much to fix the cut. She admitted she was the one who did the cut and wasn't thrilled with the results. What unsettled me is that she said there was a lot of turnover recently and the groomer who had been doing my dog's hair probably wasn't there anymore. Also, she was the manager (responsible for training and management of staff) and she was the one who did the cut... so, who else could I trust with my dog there? I had been commuting from the IE to Diamond Bar to specifically groom my dog but I won't be doing that anymore.

This place is amazing! They took my skunked husky super last minute and eased any concerns. They were totally swamped when I walked in the door but they still took the time to get to know my dog and answer all of my questions. Very affordable and up front about all fees (even though, at that point, I didn’t care about the price, I just needed my dog to not smell like a skunk anymore 🤣) I will definitely be going back with all of my pets! Everyone was super kind and professional, but more importantly they were great with the animals! I am so happy I finally found a place I can trust with my fur babies! Our two German Shepherds are very happy soft and very clean; Jean was great with these two girls; I am so glad to finally have a place where I know they love what they do.

First time for my GSD to get grooming. Went well. Dog smelled very clean and nails were trimmed Would have liked for them to have trimmed her hair in her paws. Other than day, very good experience. Will go ahain

We brought our cat for grooming/haircut. It’s hard to find a place that grooms cat do we were excited to try them out. However, we were not happy with results- as there was a couple of areas where they shaved him too close do they look like nicks and we asked for a lion’s cut which was a total disappointment as his appearance was nothing like a lion’s cut-legs were shaved at different levels the mane did not look right. Overall felt like we paid too much for the service for not getting what was requested.
