Fancytails Grooming

I’ve been taking my 2 little ones to Fancy Tails for 6 years now and I’m extremely pleased with both the grooming services and pricing. Joann is very informative and shares her 30 plus years of experience if one is willing to listen. When I first brought my Morkie I didn’t realize I was not brushing & combing correctly. I actually thought he was mat free! But Joann showed me just where all the tiny knots were … very close to his skin, way underneath the smooth hair on the top - I was missing them! That first time he needed a shorter shave to get all the mats out effectively & comfortably for the dog. Then, as I learned how to comb him properly and become used to the process of regular grooming visits he has the look I love!

I used to take my dog ​​to PetSmart for a haircut and he would always come home looking terrible. They would try to tell me it was his fault and that he was too anxious and moved around all the time. One day I met a lady with a Yorky, The haircut was amazing and I told her that my dog ​​would never get that haircut because he was to anxious. Then she introduced me to fancy tile grooming. Today we had our first experience, The haircut was amazing and Joanne was even better. A straight forward person who will honestly tell you what to do and what you have been doing wrong. I saw my dog ​​for the first time not shaking and looking her in the eyes very comfortably. The way she treated him showed years of experience .I feel very lucky and from now on I know who the person is that I would trust with my eyes closed to take care of Benji.

I recently moved from the south shore. My Queenie is aggressive. 4 groomers denied queenie from returning. I seen fancytails online. They did a excellent job with my dog, they also had patience. I'm on my 3rd visit. I was amazed to see that she groomed her face, my Queenie don't like her face touched. She knows how to handle dogs really well. Thankful for my new groomer.

Brought my first puppy for her first haircut and Joann was really helpful and patient! She explained how to properly take care of my puppy! She did a great job with my puppy’s first haircut! Will definitely be going back to Joann and I would highly recommend her! She will answer any question that you have and will help you finding resources for your dog!!

Joann at fancy tails is amazing! She took my new puppy in right away and made sure I had all the right things I needed for the type of dog that I had. She even recommended me a dog trainer that has been extremely helpful in training my pup! I won’t go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend!

Joann is awesome. My dogs love her. They always come home looking great and most importantly comfortable and happy with their new cuts. Even my grumpy old man was always happy to see her, and that says a lot.

Joann does an amazing job. The puppy cut she does for my Shih Tzus is incredible. They look great. But best of all my dogs love her. They go in happy and they come out happy, even my grumpy boy Cujo.
