What a gem of a place. Have never been disappointed with bringing my dogs here and the prices can’t be beat. One of my dogs is incredibly anxious and Anna has always been so patient, gentle, and understanding. He has gotten better because she has taken the time to help him feel at ease.

I can not even begin when it comes to Heather and her services. GREAT for people with full time jobs. AMAZINGLY reasonable prices. My cat looks AWESOME. By far the best cut she's ever had, and this is after bringing her to highly rated groomers in major cities... Finally, Heather is simply an absolute peach of a person; just friendly and lovely to talk to. She also must have been great with my cat, as she wasn't the usual grump after a grooming session. 110% recommend.

I took my tea cup Yorkie to get a hair cut. They not only gave him a cut, they trimmed his nails and gave him a bath. I was surprised they went the extra mile to care for my dog. The cost was 60 dollars. The wait time for drop off to pick up was an hour and a half. This is a cash only business. They don't have a way to take cards at this time. Once you enter the place. There is a chalkboard of prices based on breeds of dogs. They are very friendly and professional, I'd suggest you going there if you want a Groomer.

Had an 11am appointment they never showed- I called but no one answered. I had to drive across town home to drop my dog at home making me late for a meeting. Very unprofessional and clearly not the first issue with this based on reviews. If you are going to run a business, get a planner and stick to it. Previous grooming experience with them was fine but will not be coming back- don’t have time to waste with no shows.

I phoned to book an appointment for a dog grooming and expected at least a month's wait, if not longer. I was surprised and delighted to discover that I could get my dog in the next day! The cut is beautiful and my dog was lovingly handled. I will definitely be returning for future grooming services.

DO NOT take your dog to Anna. If I could give zero stars, I would. She canceled our original appointment day of, after we had arrived, because she was late and too overwhelmed. When we went in a week later, we showed her a spot where our 13-year-old dog had some matted fir from a skin issue that had been diagnosed by our vet. She knicked her multilple times in that spot as well as on her rearend. She also shaved her tail entirely, which is never the way we’ve had them cut our standard poodle before. She also said the only form of payment that she would accept was cash, and she charged us a much higher rate than we have ever been charged before there or at any groomer in town. Lastly, when we picked our dog up, she needed our help to hold her on the table while she finished cutting her. We don’t know how she even cut our poodle on that tiny table, as she is a 70 pound standard with shaky legs. This was the worst experience ever. Go somewhere else if you love your pet.

The groomer spotted a serious blood health issue within minutes of grooming the hair on my dog. She called us right away requesting us to return to our dog. We so appreciate her cognizant ability and concern she had for our pet. Our groomer also did a beautiful job making our dog look very pretty in a very short period of time. We were able to get our dog medical attention for her blood disorder right away. Our groomer may have saved our dogs life! Thank you!
