Ellen is amazing. My kittens absolutely adored her, and she treated them like family. It’s rare to find someone who brings both professionalism and genuine love—Ellen does both effortlessly. She also groomed my Ragdoll cat and even helped with training, which made a noticeable difference. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend her!

If you have a cat, then you know how hard it is to find a professional cat groomer. They're more rare and difficult to book that a good doctor. And Trilling is the best I've found in the Triangle area. They are so patient and kind with cats, and have so much knowledge about cats in general. I can't give them a higher review -- they deserve every penny of the cost! A++++ reference.

Our senior lady, Harmony (17 years) was groomed today by Trilling. She’s unable to groom herself and was so matted. Trilling answered our call for HELP, fitting us in. I brought my 9 year old cat to Trilling Cat Spa for grooming. She is hefty and unable to clean herself properly. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Devin was extremely gentle and skilled at handling my cat. My cat's fur is luminous and looks so healthy! Ellen and Devin are very profestional and knowlegable about cats. I highly recomend this business! I will def. return in the future.

I cannot recommend this place more! After a stressful period of moving houses and adopting another cat, my cat Donna started to groom less and developed mats of fur all over her body. She refused to let me brush her and I was in desperate need of professional help. They listened and understood my situation and were able to get me an appointment in less an a week. I was extremely nervous they would turn me away when they saw how aggressive/ scared Donna could be. When I arrived, the allowed me to stay in the room with her and talked me through the whole process. We weren’t able to complete the entire appointment due to Donna’s stress but they Invited us back to complete the appointment at no extra charge. They have an immense amount of experience and I appreciate their diligence. The understood my situation, recognized when my cat was under too much stress, and then offered me solutions. We can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been a customer for about a year and have never had issues before. Today I arrived 20 minutes late to my appointment. I texted the owner about 45 minutes beforehand to let her know I would be late and she told me it "should be fine" because they have a 15 minute grace period. However, when I arrived, I was turned away and told I could not be seen. I understood that I was late and apologized, and I even asked if I could reschedule for a later date or pay a late fee. She refused and slammed the door in my face. I left feeling very disappointed by the abruptness and lack of flexibility, especially given my prior history as a client. The interaction felt unusually harsh and rude, and it left me wondering whether I would have been treated the same way if I were white. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience and I will (obviously) not be returning.

HUGE shout out to Ellen and Devin at Trilling Cat for their tender care of our very fragile geriatric (16 year old) kitty. We expected our wee pirate to be terribly stressed; she stopped grooming and eating due to thyroid illness and had become severely matted. We weren't able to keep up with how quickly they formed. She needed the help of an experienced professional. We are so very grateful to have found not one but two certified master groomers! We knew the process of shaving off the tight mats would be difficult and possibly dangerous given her age and health, but the angels of Trilling Cat handled her SO carefully. She was understandably indignant and irate, but never more than mildly stressed. Thank you ladies. You've given our beloved old lady back her quality of life. FYI - I found Trilling Cat through a search for nationally certified cat groomers.
