The Pristine Pooch Grooming

Emma is AMAZING!!!! We have been using her for our dogs for years. She has always done a great job with our dogs. Not only does she make our dogs look so cute, but her patience and passion towards our dogs is incredibly comforting. I know without a doubt they are safe and happy in her care during their grooming. Emma has been with us through new dogs, the passing away of our old dogs, illnesses, and triumphs. We feel so lucky to have found her and would never use anyone else!

My dog is not a fan of grooming, but Emma works well with him and he doesn't appear afraid, nervous, or upset when there, unlike at previous groomers. Emma does a great job and we're always happy with the results.

Emily has groomed 2 of my dogs for the last 10 years. She is an amazing groomer and such an animal lover. She is kind and has a way with dogs that make them love her. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Emma is Amazing! I’m so glad we found her. My pup Khloe loves her and is always so excited to see her! Khloe always looks amazing and smells so good! If you are looking for a dog groomer we definitely recommend emma!

I highly recommend The Pristine Pooch. Emma has been grooming two of our pups since we moved back to Rochester a couple years ago. She is very gentle and caring, and the dogs always look fantastic after she works her magic. The location is convenient for drop-off and pick-up, and I particularly like the fact that we don't have to leave the dogs all day. They go in a few minutes before their appointments, and I can pick them up immediately after. I give Emma, and The Pristine Pooch, five stars all the way.

Emily has been grooming my dogs for years. My dogs were challenging to other groomers in the past. Yet, for Emily she seemed to know just what they needed to feel comfortable. Her care for my dogs show every time they see her. She is professional, experienced, and extremely talented. Her skills as a groomer far outweigh most others. Emily has a knowledge of animal behavior, attention to detail, creativity, and patience I have not seen elsewhere. I know I will never take my dogs to anyone but her.
