I've been searching all over the place to find a groomer. As you can see by the photos my pup desperately needed to be groomed. Thank God I found Happy Tails! Christina did such an amazing job on my Sweetpea. The work, care, and effort that was put in was absolutely excellent. I was able to book the same day as well as have my pup bathed, dried, clipped, and cut all under $100. My Sweetpea was looking like a brand new pup. A week has passed and she's still looking and smelling beautiful and clean. Thank you so much Christina, I will definitely be coming back. 😊❤️👌🏾

I brought my dog here for his very first haircut and had a really disappointing experience. Before leaving him, I spoke with the groomer and was very clear and specific about how I wanted his hair cut. I felt confident they understood what I was asking for. Three hours later, I came back to pick him up and was shocked to see that almost nothing had been cut. The haircut that was done especially around his face looks terrible and nothing like what we discussed. If they were unable to do the cut I requested, they should have called me and explained the situation instead of just doing something completely different. On top of that, the place itself felt very disorganized and chaotic. Overall it was a frustrating experience and not what you want when trusting someone with your pet’s first grooming.

I have a deep appreciation for this establishment. The staff and owner demonstrate a passion for animal care, consistently ensuring that my two dogs receive excellent attention. My dogs experience anxiety, which can make grooming a challenge, particularly as they are small and dislike the process. However, after their grooming sessions at Happy Tails, they no longer exhibit apprehension toward grooming. In contrast, at their previous groomer, there were instances of skin injuries, but now my dogs eagerly anticipate their visits for baths and grooming. I am truly grateful to the entire staff for their commitment to making my pets feel comfortable and for their compassionate approach. Thank you, Happy Tails!

So pleased with this groomer! I brought my Australian shepherd, who was in desperate need of some grooming. She came out so beautiful, and smelling so good; we were both so happy! And an added bonus, she had a cute little bandana! Definitely recommend this place.

Please be careful with this place. They hurt my baby that does not move and actually stays still for a hair cut! I guess they don’t like when you question them about pricing. They didn’t tell me what happened to my baby they acted like they didn’t know what was wrong with her. They basically cut her eye. How would you not know this happened as soon as I picked her up I noticed. And when I asked them they were like oh no idk what happened. Horrible ppl be cautious!

Wonderful place to get your dog’s hair groomed (: They did a great job, and also gave excellent customer service. Reasonable prices, I highly recommend. I definitely will be coming back.

These guys are so amazing! 🫶❤️ staff is super super sweet and loving with my pup when he comes In for a bath! BEST pet grooming salon in all of New York! Woo hoo 🫶
