Absolutely love this place! It was my mini poodle first grooming, after her first unsuccessful attempt at petsmart I was worried she wouldn’t be able to get her hair cut again until she gets older. I’m so happy Debbie was able to groom her and did an excellent job! And they have the cutest little bows to top it off! Very pleased with everything I made my next appointment right away! Highly recommend Hair of the Dogs
TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND MESSED MY DOG UP! Please stay with your dogs! They will be very aggressive. They abused my dog and I will be filing a complaint! My dog is NOT aggressive at all I have you on video on my phone how you was handling my puppy! Please do so. I will see you in court!
This is the second time we’ve taken our pup here and they did a fantastic job Job! Highly recommend. Our girl is so soft, smells good and feels so much better!
I SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN LEFT MY BABY FROM THE FIRST IMPRESSION WITH THE GHETTO YOUNG LADY WITH THE BIG LASHES BEING RUDE WHEN EXPLAINING TO HER HOW I WANTED HIM TRIMMED! They claim he was aggressive and biting but yet still managed to cut him which I did not ask for. If he was biting why not call & inform me? You still proceeded to deal with him which had to be with force because how did you manage to cut him? My puppy is suffering from this visit. Upon picking him up he wouldn’t even come out the cage I also asked to see him and they tried to hide him asking for payment first upon picking him up. Oh & the footage I have when asking for a receipt…just rude and nasty. Karma comes quickly! Shouldn’t run a business with those kind of attitudes
My boy Titan was so happy, amazing staff here! I fell asleep (been on 16 hour shifts) and thankfully they didn't assume i abandoned him 😢 he was very well taken care of. I could tell he loved his experience haha they were so cute with him. Gave him the works, gave him a bandanna and waited patiently with him while they tried to figure out where his popa was. If i could give 10 stars i would. Professional, clean, affordable. Definitely going to be there each and every month. 🧡🧡🧡 YOU GUYS! Thank you for treating my baby like your baby. Will be recommending to everyone.

Friendly and Fun and PROFESSIONAL! The team is always so kind and gentle with Alice. She isn't the biggest fan of nail clippers, but they're so patient! I love taking her there and need to more often. 🙂 I'm sorry to see the poor reviews and I hope your dogs are OK, however I've not had an issue and will continue to take my furbaby there. 😀
